On the nose
The bouquet is savoury with anise, fennel, roasted meat, cherry and dark plums.
On the palate
The palate is fully of serious intent, again showing deep and dark black and red fruits with the acidity playing a pivotal role in this low tannin variety. Think game and braises and you are on your way to heaven.
